Our time together is a sacred space where we discuss you and your desires. We tap into the unspoken desires of your heart and allow your soul to appear. I use my gifts as a healer to support the reacquaintance with your soul allowing you to discover inner peace, release from life's daily stressors and revitalized your life.

Experiences are offered virtually as 16-week sacred containers of time to fully assist your transformation and may be purchased in full or as a subscription with four payment installments.

16 - week sessions include a deep dive into Ayurveda wellness practices and include a personalized assessment of your Dosha/Body Type to help you understand more about you and what's best for you soul, mind and body. You will receive customized nutrition recommendations, exercises, mindfulness practices and a personalize guided meditation audio that will support you for a lifetime!

We will start with teachings on the foundational support of nutrition, sleep and emotional wellness and incorporate an array of alternative healing modalities such as Reiki, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, yoga, essential oils, crystals and many Ayurvedic traditions.

During this experience I support you by giving you the tools you need to achieve optimum vitality physically, emotionally and spiritually! Together over 16 weeks, we will customize your Wellness Toolkit! 

After our 16 weeks together, you can connect with me as needed with 90-minute Soul Invigoration Sessions.
