It was an honor to connect with the rising scholars last week during the William R. Harvey Leadership Institute High School Leadership Summit at Hampton University!

We spent time discussing how to tap into their purest, most authentic self and how to express their creativity to create the lives they desire.

The students enjoyed the visualization exercise which allowed them to close their eyes, relax and journey into the future where they experienced the lives they created - the lives they are worthy and deserving of having!

As an HBCU grad of Alabama State University it was an extra special blessing to be invited and spend time with these amazing students!

This was my second time participating and as I reflect on my journey from the first time I spoke at this amazing event in 2018 until now I can see the incredible transformation in my life! It is such an honor to be able to pass along my lessons learned!
