The numerous programs offered were created by CEO, Tara, a retired federal employee of the Department of Defense. 

Tara spent time as a federal employee and in the private sector as a fellow with the RAND Corporation additionally she is the owner of several business. As such she is familiar with the daily demands of the commercial world.

Many of Tara's private practice clients are members of the commercial sector and benefit greatly from her services.
