I am your Inner Peace Specialist serving as an Intuitive Life Coach, Soul Invigoration Guide, Invigorative Lifestyle Guide, and an Animal Healologist certified as a Chopra Perfect Health Ayurveda Teacher, Spiritual Counselor, Reiki Master Teacher and Sound Healer.
My soul's purpose is to be healer and I serve out this mission by supporting you in reaching inner peace!
Serving as a Soul Invigoration Guide, I use my psychic and medium gifts as well as healing modalities consisting of energy healing, hypnosis, sound healing, breathwork, meditation, crystals, essential oils, yoga, affirmations, visualization and intuitive counseling to assist you in achieving inner peace allowing you to break free from the life you no longer desire and achieving your most abundant, limitless life!
As an Invigorative Lifestyle Guide, our time together allows you to achieve optimum vitality during these unprecedented times. Together we create a mindfulness practice to assist you in your daily life. During this 16- week experience I provide you teachings in Ayurveda health, customized alternative healing modalities and customized hypnotic tracks to support your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
As an Animal Healologist, I support animals and their parents in achieving an integrated harmonized healthy home using Reiki and many other alternative healing modalities.
I also provide support via Customized Hypnotic Activation Tracks and Spiritual Cleanings.
I support individuals, children, families and animals. I also work with companies, schools, churches and other organizations looking to support their employees’ holistic wellness and promote a harmonious work environment.
I have extensive training in Mindfulness Life Coaching and Relaxation techniques, Breathwork to include Tibetan Breath Yoga and Motion and Flow practices and aromatherapy. I believe the health of the soul is vital to the spiritual, physical, and emotional health of humans and animals.
I teach Chopra Perfect Health Ayurveda classes as well as Reiki Certification classes, Animal Reiki training and Animal Wellness workshops. My classes are designed to assist you in achieving your personal goals with health and wellness and to be of support to others in their lives!
Author
As an author, I aim to motivate and inspire mindfulness and infinite possibilities. I recently published the children's book "The Adventures of Cleo and Sophie: Trip to the Moon" based on my two adorable dogs. This early reader is full of fun and activities to include reading comprehension, creative writing, drawing and coloring pages! It's message is "DREAM BIG" and all are capable of achieving the desires of their heart!
My adult fiction writing is a reflection of my spiritual journey and captures the essence of inspirational fiction with a sci-fi twist. My first novel, "Enslaved: The Lady and Her Pentagon" was released in February 2019 with outstanding reviews! Check out my author page to learn more!
